These terms apply to chasingphenomenal.com and to all programs, sessions, and services offered by Chasing Phenomenal, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing or using our services, you agree to these terms.
Our services
We offer coaching, training, speaking, and consulting focused on purpose, identity, calling, and leadership. Our coaching is educational. It is not counseling, therapy, medical, legal, or financial advice. If you need those services, please contact a licensed professional.
Payments
Prices are listed at checkout or in your written agreement.
You may pay in full or, where offered, by payment plan.
If you choose a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments, even if you stop participating.
If a payment fails and isn't resolved within 7 days, access to sessions may be paused until it is.
Refund policy
Right-fit refund: After your one-on-one purpose debrief, if you feel the program isn't the right fit, you may request a full refund, minus the $50 assessment fee, within 48 hours of the debrief. Email [email protected] to request it.
After that 48-hour window, payments are non-refundable.
Keep-working guarantee: If you attend at least 7 of the 8 group calls and watch each teaching video, and you still lack clarity on your purpose, you may join the next group at no additional cost. This guarantee does not include a cash refund.
Scheduling and missed sessions
Please give at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule a one-on-one session. Sessions missed without notice may not be rescheduled.
Group calls happen as scheduled. If you miss one, you may still watch the teaching video.
Results
Results vary. Your outcome depends on your effort, your situation, and many factors outside our control. We do not guarantee any specific personal, professional, or financial result.
Group confidentiality
What others share in group calls stays in the group. Please respect the privacy of other participants.
Our content
All program videos, materials, and resources are for your personal use. Please do not copy, share, or resell them. Some content is used under license from third parties, and remains their property.
Text messaging terms
By opting in, you agree to receive text messages from Chasing Phenomenal, LLC, such as appointment confirmations and reminders, program updates, and occasional offers.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

Consent to receive texts is not required to make a purchase.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid us for those services.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
